Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the spring onion whites and garlic and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Add the broccoli, baby corn, capsicum, zucchini, corn, salt and pepper, toss well and sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the penne and toss gently.
  4. Serve hot garnished with cheese.
