Egg dosa recipe also known as mutta dosa, a South Indian easy-made breakfast is generally preferred because it contains the carbohydrates, protein and fat which makes this meal as a complete breakfast . It is easy to make, rich in protein and makes a filling and delicious breakfast.
The dosa should be browned, and while adding the egg and veggies on it, it should be flipped well and allowed to cook on the other side as well.
One can also use the regular dosa batter too. I have shared the regular dosa batter recipe too.
Side dishes: Generally dosa are been served with coconut chutney and shambar. But the chutney can be varied to garlic-tomato chutney or chana dal chutney or coconut-chana dal mix chutney along with vegetable shambar.

Blend soaked green gram dal with water and add steamed veggies into it and mix it well
Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds. When the seeds crackle, add curry leaves, garlic, salt
Add this in to the bowl and mix well.
Put non-stick tawa on flame and oil spray on the hot tawa once only.
Prepare dosa by adding 2 spatula of the batter and 1 egg white on top on the dosa.
For garnishing, one can grate beetroot and carrot on top or can add aloo masala on top and serve with shambar and chutney.
Once in 15 days, can have whole egg dosa too, as prescribed by your dietitian.
