    DIET-not my cup of tea…

    This has been my usual reaction to this term…Make me workout fr hours…But “dieting” has been a big no.
    But as a matter of fact…Your experiences changes the way you look at things…And its a cherry on the cake when its positive.
    After following the diet provided through this source…Not only do I feel healthy but full…Yes …You can loose weight despite hogging 2nd hr…I feel healthy,light and full unlike the other experiences I have had..Yes it’s true guys you can loose weight by eating also…You don’t have to starve yourself and curse yourself each second for being obese…
