VEGETABLES WITH BAKED BEANS SALAD
Instructions
  1. Pat dry the washed baked beans little.
  2. In a microwave bowl add the baked beans, garlic paste, tomato ketchup, capsicums, carrot, coriander leaves and tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle olive oil and mix well. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add onions, cucumber, coconut, curd, and lettuce, salt and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice and serve.

Asian Chicken Salad
Instructions
  1. To prepare dressing: Combine soy sauce, vinegar and chili-garlic sauce in a small bowl; stir to blend.
  2. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic; cook until fragrant. Add the soy sauce mixture to the pan; bring to a simmer. Whisk in broth; cook until reduced slightly, 3 to 4 minutes. Keep aside and let it cool.

  3. To prepare salad: Heat a small dry skillet over medium-low heat. Add sesame seeds and cook, stirring, until lightly browned and fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a small plate to cool.
  4. Combine cabbage, carrots, scallions and chicken in a large shallow bowl. Stir dressing to recombine and drizzle over the salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.

  • 1/2 cup steamed broccoli floret
  • Black salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

METHOD:

  1. 1 part of lemon juice and 3 parts of olive oil & salt & pepper.
  2. Toss with celery, cilantro, basil, mint leaves, lettuce, red cabbage, steamed broccoli and mix well.
  3. Garnish the salad with coriander leaves.
