To get rid of pimples & spots one should keep the body hydrated with atleast 3.5–4 L a day. Keeping yourself hydrating doesn’t only include normal mineral water, you can also include tender coconut water, buttermilk, proboitic curd or yogurt, ACV, lemon honey water, flaxseed or fenugreek water, cumin water, aloe-vera juice, etc
Also keep an eye on your diet. Include super foods & antioxidants rich foods like berries, oranges, papaya, watermelon, nuts & seeds, etc
Do some interval training ( cardio & functional training) along with weight training.
