Ingredients:

  1. Apple cider vinegar -2tsp
  2. Lemon juice- 1tsp
  3. Cinnamon- 2tsp
  4. Apple- 1medium

Method:

  1. In a large pitcher, add all the ingredients.
  2. Soak it over-night.
  3. Drink this water throughout the day, by refilling it with water.

CUCUMBER AND LEMON DETOX

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber: 1 medium
  • Mint: 8-10 leaves
  • Ginger: 1/2
  • Lemon: 1 thinly sliced
  • Water: 1 L
  • Ice –cubesALL ABOUT DETOX

Method:

  1. In a large pitcher, add all the ingredients.
  2. Soak it over-night.
  3. Drink this water throughout the day, by refilling it with water.

LIVER DRINK

Ingredients:

  • Ginger – ½ inch 
  • Beetroot – 25g 
  • Carrots 25g

Method:

  1. Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir. Serve.

LEMON MINT AND BASIL INFUSED WATER

Ingredients:

  • Green tea 2 bags
  • Lemon- ½
  • Basil 10-15 leaves
  • Mint – 8-10 leaves
  • Water- 2 L
  • Ice cubesALL ABOUT DETOX

Method:

  1. Soak the green tea bags in hot water for five minutes, then discard the tea bags and cool.
  2. In a big jar, layer the lemon slices, mint and basil with ice cubes. Fill the jar with green tea water. Let it chill for an hour and enjoy.

PINEAPPLE CUCUMBER AND MINT INFUSED WATER

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple 2 slices
  • Mint/basil leaves- 8 to 9 leaves
  • Cucumber 2 to 3 slices
  • Water- 1 literALL ABOUT DETOX

Method:

  • Combine all the ingredients in water. Infuse in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnigh

WATERMELON AND MINT LEAVES INFUSED WATER

Ingredients:

  • Watermelon 7 to 8 cubes
  • Mint leaves 6 to 8
  • chia seeds – 1 tsp
  • Water 1 literALL ABOUT DETOX

Method:

  1. Place cubed watermelon, chia seeds and mint leaves (lightly crushed) in a pitcher. 
  2. Add iced water into it. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. The infused water will lasts up to 2 days.

 These health drinks are handy, easy to digest and works as a natural cleanser.
