I’m Voomika Mukherjee, a dedicated and qualified (M.Sc in Clinical and Dietetics) nutritionist with a substantial experience offering dietary advice in both hospital and corporate worlds.

In hospitals, I have worked in therapeutic diets and RT feeds for the therapeutic disease & disorders while

In corporate, I have worked in weight loss diets with metabolic disorders. I offer my work to help counseling the people with the real meaning of diet and help them to achieve the healthy lifestyle to everyone including the working professionals (this category needs more concentration).

I’m a positive and professional person who loves helping people look and feel the best that they possibly can. I make people believe that losing weight and getting into healthy phase is a mind game.

My diets have always been praised by my seniors, managers and off-course my clients because I like adding a lots & lots of multi-cuisine and varieties.  I like doing experiments when I cook, I like innovating my dishes or recipes which is healthy but tasty also, so that one can enjoy his/her meals without comprising their taste-buds. 

I believe in being a role model to all my clients.  I do share my meal pictures or cooking pictures to all my clients to  show them that it’s not like we don’t eat healthy foods or meals. But it also helps my clients to stay motivated and to innovate themselves.

gonutri bannerIf I talk about my health, then yes, I do have an Endomorph body type in which a person have a  big, high body fat, often pear-shaped, with a high tendency to store body fat. So have to maintain my fitness in priority. But I do cheat also, because I believe that cheating a meal in a week keeps you mentally stable and hence you stay motivated throughout your journey.  My body’s tendency of becoming fat is more, so the moment I stop eating healthy or I cheat, I gain double. 

During my graduation, I have done a lot of on-training & off-training’s in hospital. When I entered Post Graduation, I participated into national seminar, UGC seminars, publishing papers and journals on international and national scale.
